Virtual Wellness Program

We offer Virtual Wellness sessions for clients who are at a distance.

A Virtual Wellness session consists of personalized education and exercise prescription. We will discuss your goals and how best to achieve them. Goals may include preventing injury, cross-training for dance, improving balance, managing the aging process, or reducing mild aches and pains related to exercise. Virtual Wellness sessions may also serve as maintenance check-ins for prior physical therapy patients for guidance and exercise program modifications.

  • A Virtual Wellness session is not considered formal physical therapy and clients will be referred to formal physical therapy if it is in the best interest of the client.

  • 30 and 60 minute virtual sessions available
